Samahita lies in an idyllic, peaceful location on Koh Samui - a lush tropical island in the Gulf of Thailand, known for its serene beaches, vibrant culture, and restorative energy. The retreat center is directly on Laem Sor Beach, offering epic sunrise views, open sea breezes, and a deep feeling of calm.
This retreat offers a full week (seven nights) of structured practice coupled with free time to relax, reflect, read, swim, explore the island, take wellness treatments, or simply be present with the sea and sky.

Val will lead strong, challenging daily asana practices. Expect an athletic, focused exploration of movement that emphasizes on presence and dedication. These sessions are designed to build strength, flexibility, endurance, and clarity. — meeting the body honestly while cultivating devotion to the practice itself.

Bhakti, Mantra, and Asana with Beate
Beate will guide Bhakti-inspired practices, including mantra, chanting, and devotional inquiry, offering a counterbalance to the phyiscal rigor of the asana. Through sound, harmonium, repetition, and heart-centered practices, students are invited to soften, open, and reconnect with the deeper, emotional and spiritual edges of yoga.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Full Payment due by March 24, 2026
We understand that plans can change. Due to the advance commitments required to secure accommodations, teachers, and venue costs, the following cancellation policy applies:
• Cancellations made on or before February 8, 2026 are eligible for a 50% refund of all payments made, minus the non-refundable $500 initial deposit
• Cancellations made between February 9 and March 24, 2026 are eligible for a 25% refund of all payments made, minus the non-refundable $500 initial deposit.
• Cancellations made on or after March 25, 2026 are NOT eligible for any refund. No exceptions.
• No refunds will be given for late arrival, early departure, or unused retreat days.
All reservations for the $4,200 Full Beachview King Bungalows are non-refundable and non-transferable.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes or emergencies.
